The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing and at no point did I feel rushed during my service as I feel some places do. I liked that there were different levels of manicures going from the most basic to more luxurious offerings. my nail technician was very nice and did a good job and I left pretty happy with the quality. However, this was the only place I have ever been charged separately for gel removal with the addition of a manicure service. I don't know if this is because I had gel removed and regular polish put on, but they did not explain this to me, or make me aware of this until it was time to pay. Had I known it would be an extra $10 onto my service for having the gel removed, I would have just gone ahead and gotten gel again... so that was kind of disappointing. Also, I sat under the nail dryer for 10 minutes longer than my technician suggested to ensure that my nails were dry, and did nothing that required use of my hands for a full three hours after the service to ensure that they were dry. Fast forward three hours later, and just by touching one nail with another nail accidentally, have completely chipped out a hole in my one finger nail and two other nails look rippled. They are dry to the touch, not tacky at all, which tells me that the nail technician did not allow enough dry time in between coats. I can physically move the nail polish around and have tried to smooth it out some. So, for $40 I got a manicure that did not even last me half a day and the polish will probably be coming off tomorrow due to it now being uneven and not looking great. I am pretty disappointed with the end result of my services and would likely not return unless they change their practices surrounding regular polish cure time.

I would love to love this place but there are just some set backs for me. I've been there twice and it's a nice and put together- a well done place. Transparency on the website is what sucks, the basics are cheap but if you want any kind of add on or gel service it'll run you. First time I went it was for a gel pedicure, and on top of the most basic $27 (ish) dollar service I payed $35 on top of it for gel and $5 or $10 more for the design. The second time I went for a dip service with an extension, on the website it's $50-55+ I ended up spending $85 without tip for basic short black french tips with short extension. I liked both of my services but there is absolutely no wrap around with the price which can be hefty and trust me I asked.. and got laughed at by the nail technician!

I have gotten a dip manicure three times now here. The first and third time the service and quality was absolutely amazing. The second time I got a woman that seemed like she was new at doing nails. She kept getting really frustrated and tried adding more dip to cover her mistakes. Another woman walked by and noticed and asked to intervene and ended up completely redoing my nails and they looked amazing! I loved the dedication and customer service with the second woman. The salon is very clean and all of the staff are really friendly.

The best pedicure I've ever received (I get one about every 6 weeks). It's a very clean, calming atmosphere. The nail techs aren't constantly chatting with each other or making you feel like they're talking about you (like they do at other nail places). I got the pedicure with the 30 minute massage and oh my goodness. My nail tech took her time and was absolutely wonderful. I'm doubling her tip because she did such a great job. You don't feel rushed or like a burden here. All the techs are calm and don't seem like they're just trying to get you finished so they can get another person in your seat. Will definitely be coming back. This is my new go to salon for pedicures.

Outstanding service even in a sticky situation! My friend and I had booked appointments at a different nearby nail salon and showed up on time, only to wait 30+ minutes and still not be seated. We had an event to go to that night and didn't want to show up late or with our previously bad manicures, so we had to leave our other place and quickly find another that would take us! We called Eden Nail Spa to see if they could squeeze us in last minute and they did (probably not super common, it was a Thursday). We got there and were met with the nicest nail techs, offered some bottle water, and sat down pretty much immediately to get our nails done. The service really was above and beyond. Sandy did my nails with dip powder and they looked amazing. We're looking to book our next appointment already and can't wait to go back.
