Where do I start? Billie is the best. Super knowledgeable about everything hair health and hair color related. Plus she really cares about achieving a look that you want AND one that'll actually work with your hair type. She uses high quality products too. I'm obsessed with how my balayage looks every time, and that's saying a lot for a brunette turned blonde! 100% recommend!

I cannot rave about Billie enough! I was tired of getting my hair done and spending hundreds of dollars to see my hair looking nearly the same. Billie makes you book a consultation to talk about your hair goals, walks you through realistic expectations and how many appointments you will probably need, and makes your hair goals come true! I was apprehensive with the request of wanting black roots (as someone without black hair naturally...) and bleach blonde ends and this has seemed largely unachievable, but after a couple of appointments my goals have come true. She's the best!!!

I just recently moved to WI and was pretty nervous to find a new hairdresser; however, I am so glad to have found Billie! Not only was the physical space super bright, welcoming, and beautiful, but Billie was so kind and super knowledgeable about all-things hair. I have gotten many balayages before, but have never understood the process behind it until Billie took the time to share it with me! Not only that, but she was a rockstar in terms of being professional! She was very responsive, on time, took the time to listen to her customer, and the best thing of all... she finished on time! I have rarely had that happen with past hairdressers. It was truly one of the best haircare experiences I have had... and my hair now looks GORGEOUS. If you're debating on booking Billie for your next haircare appointment, I highly recommending taking a leap and doing it... you'll be so happy you did!

I went to Billie because I wanted to do something totally fun and different with my hair. I am a diver and have been missing the ocean so I wanted to go for a bit of a mermaid look. I sent a few photos I had found for inspiration and after a brief consultation, she put in some additional highlights added some gorgeous blue and teal tones to my hair. I absolutely love it! There are so many different shades of blue in my hair and I stopped at Ulta on the way home and had like 5 random people tell me they love it and I look like a mermaid. :) Her space is very inviting and comfortable. I also love how she uses natural products that are good for the environment. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Billie!

Billie is fantastic! If you've been thinking about balayage she is the professional you want to give you the look you're after! Especially impressive is the time Billie takes looking at photos, your hair, and deciding what can be done and will have you looking your best. No more foils for this girl - I left my appointment loving my hair and cannot wait to go back!
