I've recently returned to Pro Cuts & have been employed with them off/on for 4 years (leaving only due to relocation to Okc or scheduling conflicts with children). The current staff of stylists are more "about the customer", listening to their ideas and working to make them happy, than any previous staff I've been a part of at the Enid location in the past. We are human though & we make mistakes whether it's miscommunication or just an off day. I hate that you weren't happy with your experience or results. I don't know the details of your visit and I don't mean to make excuses however I hope you'll give us another chance. Ask for me, (Tracy) & I promise I'll do everything I can to achieve the look YOU want. I work Mon, Tues & Fri 4:00 - 8:00 pm and Sat 9:00 - 6:00. (15 yrs experience, Cosmetology & Master Instructors License).
I wanted to get a haircut with bangs so I came to ProCuts. I wanted just a simple hairstyle with the bangs being not too thick. The hair cutter said she could do it, after I showed her the pictures. Turns out, she didn't know what she was doing at all. I'm not even joking. I didn't want layered bangs, of course I had already told her, and I already mentioned that I gave her the picture of the hairstyle. What did she do? She layered it. Also, with the bottom of the bangs, she chopped off triangle shapes of hair. She said that would make the hair look not thick. It honestly looked like badly trimmed dog hair. I now have to wait for it to grow back so it doesn't look like some 5 year old cut it. Very disappointed. Do not recommend this shop.
