I tried this salon four years ago and didn't have a great experience, and my regular salon was booked. I had an important meeting this week pop up that couldn't wait, so I decided to give it a chance.
The nail tech cut me three times. One is still bleeding three days later. I did not get full coverage or anything resembling the color I chose. You can see straight through several nails. As you can see, several nails are crooked and this is AFTER she 'fixed' them.
I tried to address all of my concerns with her but she said "they're fine" and was dismissive and I wasn't about to subject myself to any further arguments or pain. I've attached stock photos of the color I chose compared to what I got on my fingers.
I'm new to the area so I just put nail salon in my gps and this is wear I landed ... I wasn't mad at all with this random choice . My tech Mike, took care of me . He was pleasant, he conversed with me, he asked me if I liked my nails and bought me wine lol. I'll come back and request Mike each time .
5 star service received today from Jenny. I got a full set individual lashes installed. I took about an hour. I enjoy my chat with her. Such a sweet young lady. I will ONLY recommend her to all my friends. My eyelashes look very natural and flirty. Just what I asked for. I will get fill in every 2 weeks. Establish was very clean. Table was very comfortable to lay on. Located in a strip mall easy access to parking lot.
Very nice staff! I got the sns powder and I hope it doesn't affect my nails. Many people say it's not as sanitary which is causing me to worry but I wanted my real nails done with something that would last. The results were very nice.
I'm tired of going to nail salons and having inconsistent experiences. When they finally do my nails they want to rush through them. And when they have me waiting they want to be on their phone. Make it make sense? And then when I tell them you're hurting me it's my fault. I'm supposed to go and get my nails done to fill pampered not like a nuisance. The only one here who does a good job is B. So if you can't get booked with him I wouldn't go at all
