Appointment only! No walk ins! They don't answer the phone so that makes making an appointment challenging. It's a very small salon in the middle of nowhere. Sketchy area for sure!

I have called this establishment on few occasions , no one never answered phone . So I just decided to drive there to see if business is still open and she tells me there not talking walk in or new clients short staff . Wow unbelievable in 2023 I done . I don't recommend . This is way I have to take drive back to Los Angeles once a month to get a proper pedicure . From Madera

The customer service at Nailtiques & Spa is amazing! This shop doesn't accept walk in's because they have a set cliental and they are very loyal to there clients. I absolutely love the vibe and energy at this location. Jenny, JC and J.Lo are such a great team!

I do simple nails (gel color change) and they did such a good job! They're weren't too rough and the salon is SUPER CLEAN inside, very professional. Hidden gem that is not super busy like the other nail places usually are.The owner Jennie was really nice.
