Great location with a kind and professional staff. My stylist was Stephanie, who also happens to be the manager. She did a great job. My appointment was 2:20 and I was done at 2:31, looking clean and fresh. I highly recommend this location.
Shiloh is the rudest hairstylist I have ever met. He literally argued with me the entire time cutting my hair yesterday. I should've known something was wrong when he wouldn't let me pull my hair forward to show him the length I wanted my hair cut in the mirror. Like I've always done in the past for haircuts. He kept saying he couldn't do that, each time I asked. He kept wanting me to "feel where he was going to cut" so weird. He then pulled all my hair back in one handful & put it through a comb and then hacked all my hair off in 3 continuous cuts. I told him I had never had my hair cut like that before so he probably didn't like that. Another hairstylist even tried to step in and take over my haircut to correct it and he cut her off and said "no I'll finish it" Then when I asked him to even it out he argued with me saying that it was even. When he was finished I told my daughter that was with me, that it was shorter than I had wanted it. And Shiloh still continued to argue with me saying it was exactly where I said I wanted it. OMG!!! At this point I just had to pay and get out of there asap. Unbelievable experience, seriously blown away by how rude Shiloh was, he is definitely in the wrong profession.
I made the appointment the morning before. I was called 45 minutes the day of the appointment to be told they were short so my appointment was canceled. Apparentl, I was the last one to call for around the time of the appointment. Those that made the appointment the day of, still had their appointment. When asked to see their policy on cancellations, she didn't know if they had one. Unfortunately, we will not be using Super Cuts anymore.
Horrible business. I showed up to get a haircut at 9:30am and was told the only opening they had was at 4:15. I said ok no problem. I gave the lady my info. I come back at 4:00 to see a sign on the door saying "sorry the shop will be closed at 3:00 due to short staff" im like....wtf. ok i get things happen but have the brain and good mindset to let your customers know your gonna have to cancel their appointment and take the time to reschedule them. I was left waiting all day thinking im gonna get a haircut later to show up to that B.S. im not sure if i was the only one who got scheduled after 3:00 but either way this is unacceptable for a business. If they only had a brain!
