I called today and asked if they did waxing. Since my usual place was not open, I had to go here as I was hoping to get waxed before a special event. When I came in, there was little communication except in their own language. I was then called to the back room which was the size of a broom closet. There was no room to move around the table, which was a serious drawback. She then started and clearly had no idea what she was doing. She stopped after a short while, I told her the wax was cold which was probably why it was not working. She said let's take a break and do my face threading. I have had my face threaded several times in the past and she was so hesitant and slow. I'm sure regular customers don't realize this with just a brow wax but she was not threading properly. I couldn't feel the pull and there is a certain rhythm. She was also not holding the thread properly as her hands kept getting caught in my earrings which I eventually took off. We then try to do the wax again and it is still cold. I just told her to stop and I commented that when I called and asked if they provided waxing services, the answer should have been no. Just because you've waxed yourself at home, that doesn't mean you open a studio and offer services you clearly don't know how to do. Really bad experience. Will never come here again and want to warn people against this place.

I am a long time customer of this threading business and have generally had good experiences. However, I had my eyebrows and lip threaded yesterday by a woman I ha don't seen before and did not have a good experience. When I checked out I had her look up my membership (that I have been paying for for years) and she didn't listen to me when I said I have two memberships under my phone number and only one is active, so she did the transaction through the incorrect account. She charged the full price of the services and I told her she was wrong, but she told me it was too late and I could use it next time. This is absolutely unacceptable and was her mistake, but she did NOTHING to resolve the issue (no return and correctly re-charge, no refund, no credit towards my next visit), she just said "next time." To add to it all, she missed many hairs that I had to remove myself at home.
I have been going to this business since I moved to the area in 2013 and unless someone reaches out to me to address this, I will not be returning.

Terrible eyelash extension service and nasty customer service. The lady that fixed my eyelashes did absolutely nonsense and when I complained she said didn't I know they were fake lashes. I felt so terrible, I could barely open my eyes, thank God I didn't go blind from the stupid service I got. Nobody should go there for eyelash extension if you don't wanna go blind. I would NEVER step my foot at the salon again. They are quacks

So let me tell you I been coming here for years and I always try to get the same girl to do my brows but I don't always get her yet my eyebrows always come out good or good enough BUT LET ME TELL YOU TODAY THEY RUINED MY SHIT I will let the the pictures explain I gave up on this place. A shorty gone learn how to do her eyebrows on here own now. If you like your eye brows to look uneven and like noodles come here.

i got my eyebrows threaded here and i've never wanted to cry so much in my life my eyebrows look horrible. never again
