Best nail salon in Panama City Beach. Very friendly and does great work. I have never left unhappy with my nails. I have gotten my nails done at several salons over the years and this one is by far my favorite and always consistently doing a great job.
My daughter and I Googled prices and different locations for nail service with in PCB for Spring Break. My charges at the actual salon in no way shape nor form matched what I was charged. A manicure with gel polish showed as $25 on the website. They charged me $40. They indicated $25 was just for gel polish but they did my cuticles and filed my nails. I'm not sure about you but a manicure involves all of that and the dictionary agrees with me. She then proceeds to tell me she hasn't updated the website. Hmmm...that should be her issue because what you advertise is supposed to be what you actually pay! My gel pedicure and my daughter's dip nails were also overcharged. Very shady! I think that PCB should check into this business and quite possibly shut it down! It doesn't fit the narrative of being a family friendly place to visit when you get ripped off!
Disrespectful to the max!! Booked a month in advance for 4 people. Day b4 called to re.confirm. arrive 15 mins prior to scheduled time. N they took every singlexwalk in & told us we could wait & they would do 1 at a time. Didn't care we had appointments. Walked out good money lost to dishonor on their behalf. Don't waste your time here!
If there was a zero that would get that. Woman at the front is Very very rude. I am pretty sure she is the owner. My friend gave. E a gift card for this place. I have not done my nails in year so was unfamiliar with the new processes available. She was annoyed that I was asking questions. When she started I asked her to push back my cuticles before she started to work on putting actinic on. She said not unless I paid for extra manicure. Results, they are lifting at the cuticles she informed she has done this 30 years. I was going to give them a try again made appt. Showed up and she said no I can't do you. She . She dies nit like white people I don't think. I guess it should have been obvious after looking at the website. Going to Sky they are beyond friendly
Me my girl and little boy went in today walk-in didn't wait long. And they gave him (he's 4) a pretend pedicure while we got ours they are nice and clean and did a great job we will go back
