The SALON by InStyle Inside JCPenney in Panama City Beach, FL

One of my favorite Sephora's ever. It's a tiny location inside of the JCPenney's at Pier Park, so the availability of items may be limited here, but the customer service here has been amazing every time I come in. So much so that I literally will wait for visits back home to PCB to go to Sephora instead of just going to one closer to me. I feel so much more welcomed here, and everyone I've come across here have been super helpful and friendly. Even though the selection here is a little sparse since it's much smaller than a stand-alone Sephora, that's never been an issue with me because they always seem to have my necessities here. I love being able to try out their products without them breathing down my neck. They are not shy about offering samples for you to take home which has been sooooo helpful and beneficial for me because I am horrible at making decisions so being able to test and compare different brands/products definitely makes it so much easier. I love this location, and I really hope they keep providing excellent customer service because that is definitely not something anyone should take for granted.

Amber is amazing, I knew nothing going in and she helped me find an eyeshadow palette, foundation, the perfect date night lip color, eyebrow color (I'd been going way too dark for too long)... she was so sweet! Best experience ever- despite how terrifying I thought it would be!

I can't say enough nice things about the women who work here. They are always willing to help you, even with strange requests. I bought a foundation at a Sephora in another country and it didn't match my skin. I went to this location hoping they could help me and they were so great with getting me my refund. I've been to many different Sephora's all over the world and this one is my favorite because of how great the customer service is!

The customer service is outstanding! Every employee made me feel as if I was at a slumber party with my best friends trying on makeup. Cynthia at check out was superb. Probably one of the nicest, caring and overall joyful person I have ever had check me out. She complimented my makeup and seemed genuinely interested in how I was. She acknowledged me when the customer in front of me was taking awhile which I appreciated and sold me on becoming a beauty insider with ease. I can honestly say some of the best customer service around!

This Sephora counter is relatively new but I was very impressed. Don't let the size fool you, they have a phenomenal selection. Also the ladies that work here (every single one of them) go above and beyond for every customer. They also remember you if you have been there before which i didn't expect. This is a must visit if you love makeup or skin care and are in the area.
