Gel mani after LESS THAN A WEEK: big chip on thumb and ring finger totally gone. Don't go here

we made an appointment over a week ago for three mani and pedis. when we arrived we were the only ones in the salon and they took well care of us expect that i just wanted a color change on my toes. they told me i needed to do the full pedicure which i hate and refused when they got to where they did all of our nails at the same time and took over an hour on one set of nails. i asked for a very simple French mani design and i told her i wanted a lighter pink and she told me not and proceeded to put dark pink on my nails. i then told her to take it all off since she was not able to do the design or how i wanted it done. she then took over another hour to just put white polish on my nails. When we told them to take the tips off my sister because we had no more time to wait they stayed they would not be taking them off and we had to pay for it no matter what. So now 4 hours deep at a nail salon and I'm leaving pissed and just want my money back.

I had nail service there yesterday, in which I had an appointment at 430 pm. Nail salon it was slightly busy when I arrived. Wait for 20 mins before being serviced. I received a pedicure by the tech, she was great. She had another customer for a pedicure, so after we finished, she sat me at the manicure table. There were three additional nail tech working. I was waiting to be next for who finished up with their clinic first. Waiting for about 20 mins, when a young lady showed up about 620 asking was it too late for a dip, the staff said no and sat her at one of the manicure stations . One of the nail tech had just finished a pedicure and I assumed I was next, only needed a manicure nothing fancy. She set down and started working on the young lady who asked for a dip....just arriving no appointment. I got up and went to pay my bill for the pedicure. The nail tech who was just starting on the clinic who had just arrived was checking me out, I explained to her I was next granted had been waiting since getting done with pedicure. She stated you should made an appointment, I told I had appointment. Basically I was skipped over. Rude and bad customer service, my first and last appointment. In order to retain local customers, you need to provide excellent service they don't. Don't waste your precious time or money.....

Very Rude!!! Riped us off!! Very slow!! My mother and I and my two daughters came in at 1pm and didn't leave till 5:30. Paid $350 for two regular pedis and two sets of acrylics. waste of money and a mother's day :(

We walked in and there were just a few others there. The place is very clean and the noise level non existant. The TV was showing dreamy travel videos with no audio, just perfect. We had a mimosa and let the ladies pamper us. We both got very detailed and focused pedicures and our feet look magnificent. I think we will switch to this salon.
