Went in for a pedicure with my two friends, one of my friends got a manicure as well! The place was clean & sterile. The workers were so nice and helpful! It was a wonderful experience getting our nails done as a walk in!
Went in for the middle grade pedicure. From start to finish was 11 minutes the gentleman was in such a hurry to be finished. I will not be returning for I feel I didn't receive close to my money's worth.
I only gave two stars because yes, the guy did a good job on my nails. Before I even go any further, I have to say that im such a sweet person and I treat EVERYONE I come across with the upmost respect. Now I've come here twice before, only because everyone else was booked. This is the third and last time I will come because the guy that did my nails (sits at the first chair on left) was VERY rude. I thought maybe he'd had a long day the other times I've come so I disregarded his attitude. Not only did I tip him well, I still was nice to him. This last time getting my nails done, He said something to his co worker and the coworker looked at me, cool.. but as I was checking out he said my service was $75, but I got the same style as last time and it was $65 and so that's what I said. He said something to the owner and said "fine $65" snatcher my card and threw the pen at me. I just gave him no tip and walked out because he'll get his karma. But if you have another choice, choose them. I will not be back. Idc if I have to wait a year for another appointment. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
They have fallen off dramatically. When I first started going there I gave them 5 stars. It was at the beginning of the pandemic. I was greeted and offered a beverage and the service was phenomenal! Came back several times. This time, I wasn't offered a beverage. Had to ask for the chair massage. My toenails were cut crooked and the polish job was ridiculous with the edge of the nails left uncovered. I paid and left, never to return again. Wasted my money. No need to complain because they pretend not to speak English, but understanding $$
