I have very bad hand eczema so I sanitize and I always let a nail tech know and upon me arriving I asked specifically for one repair and the rest fill in the guy looked at my hand and told me to go back where I got my nails done originally he did not want to do my nails.. I'm beyond hurt right now
He rushed my nails was on the phone , he over filed my nails so now I have a small burn on my left thumb , my nails are supper thin ! U work with kids , so these will be off in less than a week
Love love Sony and her sister they both take their time with pedicures and my color lasts for weeks. Hands down best pedicures I have ever had and both sweet and friendly as can be. Highly recommend!
Very rushed. Customer service is not their strong suit. The young Asian girl with glasses that did my pedicure was very rude and had a nasty attitude. I tried to make conversation and be kind to her but she kept that nasty attitude the entire service. I hate when I spend my money somewhere and they make you feel like you're not wanted there. Disgusting. I will not come back here.
The facility is clean and nice, but it was sooo hot inside. My poor mom was sweating the entire time. Apparently the air conditioner was broken but I wish they told us before because we were here for almost three hours for just a regular mani/pedi even after calling ahead. We had to cut our last manicure short and just do a color change because we had almost been there for so long. I had to ask them to fix my toes because it was messed up. They definitely didn't do a great job with the color and I feel like I could have done the same job myself but the staff was pleasant. I like that they offered drinks at first and even had white claws.
