Made an appointment for a pedicure but still was told I had to wait when I arrived on time. That was disappointing. The pedicure itself was ok, the person providing it spoke very very limited English and I am not sure if they understood what I wanted, because after pointing to the Deluxe pedicure on their menu-list, they charged and provided me with a more expensive pedicure (which I didn't realize until I had to pay). The nail care was done very well but the polish was provided pretty sloppy. When I got home I had to take some polish off my cuticles and next to my nails on my skin... so yeah, kinda disappointing
I've been coming here for a couple years now and I don't trust anyone with my nails other than Holly. She's incredible and accommodating! She gives great advice when I'm indecisive and is always ready for a challenge when it comes to designs. If you're debating between salons, definitely check this one out:)
Clean and the technicians are good. Make sure you tell them what you want It can be expensive.
This place is busy and I can't figure out why. The place is dirty! I was escorted to a pedicure chair with a towel on it, that was covered in someone else's toenail clippings the prices are high and the people working there are distracted with their phones. First and LAST time there.
You never fully leave with what you ask for.
