I have been to many local places. This is the only one who uses true hot gel nails not acrylic nightmare. Without knowing another local nail salon snuck acrylic on my najls and my nail beds bled!!! This will not happen at la nails.
I've been going here for over a year now for pedicures with my wife and we like them a lot. My wife goes to Vincent and I usually have whoever is available but today I had Lee and she was Great she did an Amazing job and will definitely be going back to her next time. Thank you for all you guys do appreciate all of you!!!
I am giving this place a one star I went to get my nails done last week from this place my nails broke the next day I actually live in Central Point Oregon but I come up to Springfield every week so I thought that I like the place well they have this new lady in there that has done my nails Since the first time she's done my nails they've been breaking I had to go in there 2 to 3 times to get my nails fixed I do not recommend her she is a short lady and she wears eyelashes do not get your nails done from her she does not do good at all .....all of my nails keep coming off and then they look at you crazy when you go in there when I don't wanna go in there to get my nails fixed only time I want to go there is to get a fill or a full set
I had the worst and most uncomfortable experience today at this nail salon. The worker Tim is who did my fill, got upset because I didn't like the nail color he painted on my nails and I asked nicely if I could have a different color instead. He then spoke in a different language with the other workers and aggressively grabbed my hand to take off the nail color that I didn't like. I pulled my hand back and walked up to the front to pay for the service and told them that, that was not right what he did! The lady ended up charging me $42 even though I didn't even receive the full service, got treated terrible, and walked out with my nails messed up. I was not rude at all and his behavior was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I would NOT recommend this place at all!!! Horrible service and I'll never go back!!!
I had the absolute worst pedicure ever. I have had pedis for 50 years. This was the worst. No interaction with the Tech. Didn't perform the most basic of cleaning, cut my cuticle, had to ask for clean-up of over applied polish, yuck yuck yuck..will never be back...
