My set was $175 for a full gel set. The people were very unprofessional upon arrival. Was very unsettled upon arrival. The quality of work is amazing but not having prices on the website and then upon completion of my nails she goes and waits by the register and the Chinese lady says $175 all of them have lost they minds! I recommend finding better people to spend this type of money on definitely wasn't a satisfying experience and will not recommend or return for service.
This salon is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever walked in. From the rude nail techs to the rude management. I made an appointment over a week ago and was very specific on what it is I wanted to have done. When I got to the salon and gave the manager my name, all he had me down for was a full set and he double booked me with another client. I was a little annoyed because I only had the option to wait for my nail tech to finish the client that was double booked with me or have someone else do my full set. I decided to allow another tech to complete the full set because I was on limited time. As I sat down and she began to work on my nails, I was having a conversation with my man on my phone. The nail tech heard me say I was annoyed with the situation and she decided she didn't want to do my nails because she wasn't comfortable. So then I had no choice but to wait for the nail tech I had chosen. I also had to wait for a nail tech that was doing pedicures to become available because originally, he didn't list that as one of the things I was coming in for. This isn't the first time I have run into this kind of issue with this salon but this time I have to speak up about it. The customer service here is also terrible. Sometimes they won't even acknowledge you when you walk in for service and sit down but will speak to 2 or 3 people who have come in behind you for the same service and put them in front of you. It's ridiculous. This is my last time spending my money in this establishment.
Nails are always done great, I stopped coming because the first time I came I didn't like their customer service. But I gave them a try again because they're so close to my house, great work again. But today I am disappointed Bc the wait is insane, I waited for more than 40 mins after I came in at opening time...i ended up walking out because I had my day planned and wasted almost an hour for nothing. I also saw a lady who came in for an appointment and still was waiting for more than 15 mins. Very upset, I don't think I'll come again because I've been disappointed more times than I've walked out content.
Worst nail establishment I've ever been to! 2 nails broke within 3 days of getting them done! I had to wait in line on both occassions to get them repaired. Manager was terrible. She didnt even show concern or make an effort to resolve the issue. I definitely do NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! If I could post multiple negative reviews, I would.
Not alot of tech in the there can do designs. Cant make up there mind if they do appointments on Saturdays or not. Really pissed when you seat in there 35 minutes waiting for the nail tech to show up then they say they have an appointment in 10 minutes. So u wait another hour. Management does have the best attitude but then again when do they ever in s nail salon
