such an amazing experience every time i visit!! my nails always come out perfect and they last forever.
Horrible and rude! 15 minutes and $30 dollars later...all they did was file and one coat of nail polish. That should of cost about $12! No cutting of cuticles or anything. When tried to complain she said every salon charges $30 for just that. I called later to try to speak to owner or manager and she hung up on me!!! Never again! Complete rip off!
Got straight in, tech was nice. However they seemed more caught up in coworkers walking in & catching up on gossip than holding any kind of conversation with their client! I get pedicures done regularly and I can say by far this was the worst one I've had yet! Very little effort put into it at all, barely scrubbed my feet and half ass rubbed them. I pay less at other places for better service. I'd say that more effort & attention need to be put into your client for $40 services that aren't worth $25. The polish was pretty and done good. Over all, I won't be going back.
I read the reviews on google and they weren't too bad so I decided to try this place out. My two sisters, my niece and I all needed our nails done. The place is set up beautifully. That's the only pro. The girl that did my nails was friendly but unprofessional. Her and the worker next to her gossiped the entire time. She did very sloppy work. She said I had to wait 3 minutes for the dip to dry she kept touching the nail and it was still wet creating a tacky look to which she just kept adding more polish. The end result was horrible. Now it's a week later and the dip is chipping away. I've had one nail break completely and 4 are cracked. My sisters didn't like their nails either but mine was by far thee worst!
My nails are a lumpy mess. I will never go here again. They can't do dip. Save your money & go somewhere else.
