At Changing Looks Hair Salon on Lincoln Rd in Hattiesburg, MS Mary Breland the owner and stylist left my roots orange and toned my hair little old lady gray, took my money and thought it was perfectly ok to do. $65.00 to look like this?!!!
I cried to my husband and told him that Mary must hate me to do this to me. He reassured me that I was a loyal client of hers for years and that if anything she must be completely incompetent when it comes to chemical services as a hair stylist.
She even took me outside her salon and told me that I looked great with orange roots because she wanted to get paid for her ridiculously botched work all the while not caring about me and how I'd been a loyal customer of hers for years!!!
She brushed my hair like she hated it and broke it off and spread damage all over the top of my head. I use to love my hair, you can see how it looked in the before photos and now I hate it. I'm sorry extremely self conscious about my hair and I'm just heartbroken that she could try to talk me into believing that she did a good job when she knows what she did was past horrible.
