Tim is a genius! I am now on a schedule to upkeep my hair. He and I texted (and he was prompt in answering All of my messages...yep, there were a ton). Finding the salon was a little hard, but, he was watching for me and I had been texting as I approached. Tim is always prompt to the appointment. He explains what he will do and is willing to discuss prices (and sticks to them) prior to working on my hair. I LOVE it! Thank you!
