Came in by appointment. Called in and got in right away. ESP during this epidemic I thought that was nice. The salon itself is really dirty and outdated. But there was a strong pungent sewer smell. It smelled like a farm and rumpke all at the same time. The smell is so bad I couldn't focus on anything else. Definitely won't come back
The people were friendly and they did an excellent job on my fill in but where I am usually paying 38 (fill in and gel polish) the cost was 45. And she forgot my one silver nail. Plus I had to pay a charge for using my credit card. Not happy about that. When you are on a limited budget every penny counts. Haven't decided if I will be a return customer
I LOVE Nails 2000! It's a family owned business and both mom and daughter are awesome at what they do and are genuinely 2 of the nicest people I've ever met. I have been going to them for over 4 years despite moving further away twice!!
I started coming to Nails2000 in July of 2018. Though I have had few issues, one of my biggest pet peeves is allowing customers without appointments become priority over those that do. This has happened to me a few times. And for this, I thought best to find another place to go.
