Absolutely horrible experience my son and I went for hair cuts.. this being his second hair cut he's 4.. it was like pulling teeth to get greeted at the door and boy were well inviting.. we walked in with the lady who checked in behind us but we just ended up letting the lady behind us go first because we were ignored that long and the lady behind us was greeted first (no kids) finally were up.... we go back no hi, how are you? Just awkwardly walked back and we followed... I sit down hoping to let my son sit on my lap while she cuts his hair.... "I don't do that" mind you the first time we got his hair cut at another location they did no problem and were very nice and patient with him.. he did awesome sat like a champ laughed and giggled and did amazing.. so fine I'll go first I said.. she stomped up to the register to get my ticket and didn't speak a word to me the whole time she cut my hair. Flew thru my cut aggressively and with no care at all poked my head with the scissors.. scrapping my head with the comb didn't wipe my face once after soaking my head... thanks Lauren!! Once done i told my son let's go snd we'll get your hair cut tomorrow... absolutely pathetic she should be fired and ashamed of herself... Wonderful service we will take our money back to the last location where we were treated with respect and hospitality..

Worst haircut of my life! I was very specific about what i wanted. Even had a picture. Sadly i cannot remember the stylist's name. She didn't listen to a word i said. She did what SHE wanted to do. She gave me a completely different style. It does not suit my face shape at all! Now it's way too short in the back to change it until it grows out. I have to go through the holidays with this haircut that i HATE!

They were very busy when I went but I checked in online so I did other things till it was close to my time. I still got in earlier than my expected wait time. The stylist I had was very judgmental. I'm sorry I did not go to Cosmetology School and don't know all the hair tricks to keep my hair perfect. Overall I feel like I have pretty healthy hair but I know I tend to push my trims out I can't always get in in their preferred every 2-3 months. There is a constructive way to ask and discuss better hair care without the judgmental tone. She seemed annoyed that it's been a while since I was in to get my ends trimmed and that I didn't really know what kind of shampoo and conditioner I use or if I use the same line for all products. She was also very chatty about their products, I get they get a commission or whatnot for selling them, when I told her I wasn't interested she completely shut down. My hair is way shorter than I wanted but according to her that's because I hadn't been in to get a trim in a long time. At first it felt like I had three different hairstyles. The left side of my head and the right side of my head then the top vs the bottom of the left side of my hair. The top layer is short. I have curly hair and I feel like it's too short. It's growing on me as I figure out how to style it but the first two/three days I hated it. Even after all this I still gave her a decent tip. They bust their ass on a regular her attitude/judgment was just uncalled for.

Service here is horrible. I checked in, and it said the wait would be 16 minutes. Ok. So I wait 5 minutes and strike over. It's a 3 minute drive. Now it days zero wait so I go right in. The place is full of people. But the screen shows I'm next so ok. No one is free, but very soon 2 people are done, and I expect to be called first. But no. They both call people they seem to know ahead of me. Grrr. But one is a child's cut, won't take long. Yet when the kid is done she calls his Mom ahead of me. Finally another one is done, and she fiddles around on the computer changing the wait time display from 15 to 53 minutes. Next a man comes in, says he is on the list, and asks if a certain associate is working. When he hears she won't be in till 4 he becomes agitated. He states he tried to call but no one would answer the phone. He says he called 4 times and got no answer, and he leaves. The blonde that first skipped over me finally returns from break and graciously spends 7 minutes cutting my hair. I get its hard to find help, but that is why you have the check in system. If you are not going to use it you will continue to loose customers. I will not return.

terrible place to get a haircut unless you like to look like an 8 year old boy. my girlfriend is still crying about how terrible she looks edit: it is now the morning after getting mine and my girlfriend's hair cut at this great clips. my girlfriend cried in the shower this morning because she, like much like myself, has had all of her confidence drained by the abysmal haircut she received here. i hardly recognized her when she came out to the car, and not in a good way. we have the misfortune of working in a facility with over 100 people in it, and spent last night discussing possible ways we could hide our newly acquired shame, including rushing over to a wig store and simply pretending to be different people until our hair grows back in a month or two. the ladies who cut our hair were at least nice enough to give us refunds for our haircuts, but this sadly can not cover the cost of the emotional wound i received upon first placing my glasses back on my head, it does not compensate me for the 40 minutes i had to listen to my girlfriend crying after getting the haircut, it makes no attempt to signal to those around me that i despise this new hairstyle, and it can not take the memories away from them. most importantly though, it cant put the hair back on our heads. currently, i look like an inbred bowl-cut background villager from shrek, and my girlfriend looks quite like some 10 year old boys i know. i walked out of this place with two different sideburns, pic attached, one of which looked like the sideburn equivalent of a rat tail. i had to clean them up myself, which is just more time i personally have put into this that i will not be compensated for. my girlfriend says the lady who cut her hair said she didnt know how to train bangs. i dont know what that means but she says its extremely basic and everyone should know it. overall our experience at this location was dreadful and we will never return.
