The customer service at this establishment is not worth the headache. I been going here for a minute, which does not matter but today did it for me. I had my dates confused but which they did fit me in but also I been at this nail shop literally since 10am and definitely did not want to leave at 3:18pm. Time Management has always been issue for me.
This is my second time coming here and I really wanted to like this place. I asked for square French tip nails and obviously didn't get square shaped nails. she didn't even take her time on my nails either. I barely get my nails done as it is because of how picky i am. This is just a no. The lady at the front desk offered for me to come back tomorrow but I literally have prom in another state tomorrow so I don't have time for that. my nails should've been done correctly the first time and there wouldn't be no problem. I'm not even mad. I'm just very sad about my nails. I paid $82 for them and that's after she did a discount. very overpriced. I wish I could be like "I'm not paying that" but that's not how I am. I just had to suck it up and pay. I rarely leave reviews on places, but this just needed to be said. Just so sad.
Extremely overpriced. A full set of basic nails costed $108. Anywhere else could have done this for much cheaper. They up charge for every little thing. Not only are the prices ridiculous, be prepared to spend your entire day there. I was there for over 4 hours. I had an appointment for 1 but I did not get called to get my nails done until 2. There are plenty of better options for nail salons. I should have listened to the negative reviews. I feel like I was robbed of time and money.
I've been going here on and off for years. Only because I've moved a few times. But now that I'm back in the westbank this is my go to nail salon for my pedis! The environment is always nice and they're always friendly. My toes also always look great lol.
