through the roof pricing for shit service . no one cares about their job here & it's honestly just such a poor experience & i tried to give so many girls a chance, but after they raised prices completely done. don't come here unless ur willing to spend $50 on a pedicure

I went here recently for a bikini wax; they used bad wax that burned then quickly dried on my skin...twice. it was so bad the employee (who was very sweet & apologetic) had to CUT THE WAX off with scissors on my bikini line & I was terrified. What if she cut my skin? When we finally got the bad wax off I had her finish it up with the good wax. When my bikini wax was completed we went to the cash register at the front to pay & the woman told me the price, So in my bikini wax was completed and we went to the cash register at the front to pay the woman told me the price $30.I told her what happened, how severe it was and she replied with "OK then five dollars off". her there if anything warranted this service being free it's the fact that they use bad wax that stuck to my skin and burn my body and had to be cut off with scissors and did she understand how severely bad this was. Then she threw up her hands and said OK don't pay for it. I wanted to shame her with my money I didn't wanna be the customer refusing to so in my bikini wax was completed and we went to the cash register at the front to pay the woman told me the price, I told her what happened and how severe it was and she replied with OK then five dollars off. I didn't wanna be the customer refusing to pay I wanted her to be the reasonable business owner who didn't charge me for the poor service they provided. if you don't have your customers safety as your concern then i guess $$ is all that matters.

My nail beds after a full set there ! the acrylic had a weird film over it and it tore my nails to the very last layer. 0/10. worst salon i've ever been too.

They are absolutely amazing. They take the time to offer their attention to each of the clients. They take care of each person individually. My nail tech Jess is perfect always walk out with an amazing look for my hands and feet. They always ask what type of package you are looking for. Their instruments are all sanitized properly. Comes out of packages. They are a top notch.
