Nail Trix & Spa in Bowie, MD

I usually frequent this business because it's convenient, but I will stop after this visit. Very sloppy , uneven work (especially the pinky and middle finger) and this nail shape is literally insane. I asked for square shape and this was the result. Mani/ pedi came out to $107 . My jaw almost dropped to the floor. I know that pink and white is supposed to be more pricey, but when it looks like crap? Yeah no. Now I have to spend more money to take this set off and replace it.

I entered this business and informed the receptionist as to what I needed done. the receptionist said the wait would be at least 15 to 20 minute. I waited and no response about whether I was next. Lots of communication between staff and receptionist but no one was able to take me. I eventually left business. Poor customer service. Whom ever was in charge should have stated they could not take a walk-in now. Don't leave me waiting .

Unfortunately this is the second time I have been here and got a gel manicure and three days later it's already peeling because it was not don't properly. Sad to spend so much money for it to go to waste!

Very bad nails and very expensive. For refill she charge me $47 and which I know should be more than $25 regular & $35 for gel. Please don't go here. They speak English but they will be speaking in their language and that's very rude and disrespectful. When your guts is telling you something please listen to it. My appointment was with Lucy but when I got there I was told it's with Mimi. I wanted to do designs she told its $20 for designs and where I did my nails for the first time everything was $50 with my designs. I told her that's when I should have got up and leave. My nails was not properly done and she was in a hurry. she just wanted me to go and pay. I spoke to the receptionist that my nails were not done properly she looked at it told me that I have to and come back for her to fix the mess. At that point i was done and I know what to do. Please don't spend your hard earned money here where the service is bad. My experience at Nails Trix and Spa in Fairwood (Bowie) the 2nd time around is bad. Look at all the bad review. If I had seen this review probably I would not have come here the first or the 2nd time. They need to do better.
