I hate to say this, but my first experience was horrible and I will never return. Here's what happened... I asked for small/medium knotless braids mid-back. Nothing crazy because I had two events that day. Not only was I in the chair for 9+ hours, but my original braider complained the ENTIRE TIME to the other braiders in french after she said it wasn't a problem in english. Not only did that make me feel uncomfortable, but the other braiders didn't want to help her, leaving me with only one braider while other clients had two. I apologized to her for selecting this style (of which I shouldn't HAVE to do) and then she later came to her senses realizing how rude she was being. 20 minutes later... she stops working on my hair to tag team on another client leaving me with no braider for 30 mins and half my hair left undone. Luckily another braider stepped in because she saw me sitting there (I made sure to tip her generously). To wrap this up, marketing that you're an "extremely fast braiding service" is false advertising. ESPECIALLY when the braiders make you feel uncomfortable upon arrival.

They took me and my daughter right away and did an Amazing job. Done in 2hrs. Shout out to Spice(she did my hair) and Flora (did my daughter hair)

i don't usually do reviews, but I'm so mad that this hair shop just wasted my time. Everytime I come here it is chaos. The only hairstyles they are good at are the knotless braids, if you want anything else I suggest you find another place to do it. Not to mention, your knotless braids may be up to par depending on the braided you get. Many of those ladies do subpar work. service requested stitch cornrows.

I tried this place because they take walk ins and it was last minute, it's absolutely no wait time which is a really good thing. I think having 2 people is also a good thing but something happened and some of my hair isn't even in the braids that I got. I was expecting them to do a good job since the reviews were pretty nice but I am disappointed. I could've went somewhere else and got a better service

quality work but don't come unless you have hours to sit. I got here at 7:50am for medium waist length Knotless. special advertised for being done in 3 hours. understanding it's the weekend I expected to be there for maybe 4 to 4.5 hours max. it is now 2:25 and i am still sitting in this chair. i have seen multiple other women come get their braids and go with the same hair style. i appreciate the quality of work but i came here because i expected what was advertised. i drove 66 miles to get here. i don't think I'll be coming back.
