Mr. Larry is THE BEST stylist ever. He's the only one that I allow touch my hair. I've barely had a trim the past few years because of some crazy life changes, but he remember me AND my mom from like 3 years ago. He did such an awesome job on my full relaxer, deep condition and style. I'll follow him where ever he goes. Now the shop is nice and clean, and all the staff are friendly. I appreciate a good atmosphere and i didn't have any issues there. I was greeted as soon as I came in and it was great from there!
I made a follow up appt with his salon for today (saturday) at 11am. I arrived and the stylist needed 20 more minutes with someone she was working with. Once that was done (25 mins later) she informed me that there was another person ahead of me and needed an additional 10 mins. At that point I left. There was absolutely no reason for me to make an appt (which I called multiple times to make), wait 40 minutes to be seen, then pay full price for a service. The stylist didn't even offer an apology. If there was an option for zero stars...smh. Done and done.
Worst experience ever! Went in for a trim and left with all my hair cut off into a box! The manager did the cut. She is horrible. Insisted on using clippers in my head. I told her no, she argued that she was a "master cutter" and teacher. I took in a picture to show the trim, she completed ignored my requests. When I phoned to complained, she would not own up to her error but insisted that I had gone somewhere else to get my hair cut. This purposely cut off my hair and is a very unprofessional person. AVOID at all cost!
Ms. Sharonda is the best! Personable, professional and talented. I never leave disappointed. Great value and quality hair care.
