This place I would not recommend to anyone the people are very no extremely rude ...I was not the only person that was rude to the owner started an argument with other people..I wo I'll just recommend Hannah, Tia or Ming when going to this location the staff suck I would never come again also I wouldn't even rate them a star
My daughter and I signed in at 10am along with another lady. We sat patiently for over an hour. 4 ladies signed in after and were serviced before us. When they finally called me to get a pedi, I explained my daughter had been waiting. They kept serving other customers. I ended up taking my daughter to another nail salon. They didn't even apologize for the long wait or offer for us to come back at a later time. Poor service
Called the salon the number was out of service. When I walked in no one greeted me. I was told that the wait was over an hour. I asked what time they opened for the day and I was told 10 am but appointments were previously made. 0 out of 10 would not recommend! Terrible service
This business is horrible!!!!!!!! The nail tech was extremely rude! Constantly rolling her eyes, snatching, and twisting my hand. Terrible customer service. The techs behavior the entire time was ratchet and yuck! Wish I could give a zero
By far the WORST experience I've had at a nail salon. I opted for a 'Deluxe' pedicure because it includes the massage... I got the 'Basic' pedicure treatment. When I asked why I did not get a massage they young man looked at me and shrugged his shoulders & told me to proceed to chair 8 for my manicure. 4/10 nails were bleeding when he finished. My toes had 3/10 bleeding. The price was outrageous & nothing was offered to me as compensation. A nail salon should never have you walking out with a blood spotted paper towel and not acknowledge the poor service. I will NEVER go back!!!
