Normally my experience here is good, but today there was only 1 barber in the shop. Her name is Jessica and I advise you to avoid her. Both times I have had her cut my hair she smelled of stale cigarettes, and is so rough with the clippers it feels like you're getting scalped. She rushes through everything. Getting your hair washed I. Cold water is not a great experience. She is clearly just working to get the job done rather than provide a good customer experience. I don't care if she is the only one there, I will just walk back out. Checked myself in the mirror this morning and discovered the crap job she did too.
The is the second time I've gone in and walked out after signing in and being there for over a half hour. There was no one in front of me but the stylist can't read the computer and started taking people who came in after. There's 0 professionalism and even less talent. Go anywhere else.
I've been coming to this place for a few years and it seems this place has a revolving door when it comes to their stylists. I have never had the same stylist for longer then 6 months. You have to be prepared when you walk in and log into their system and then ask for someone specific and are told something in the line of "they no longer work here" and then have to go through the process of describing the look you want and even showing them pictures all over again with a new stylist only to get a cut that is below your expectations and not what you were used to getting for the past few months. If you find a good stylist ask for their card but like I said this place has a revolving door when it comes to their employees but I can say it's better then SportsClips
Courtney always gives me a great cut and gets me out fast! Staff is friendly and wait time was short for a Sunday. Very Clean inside and comfy waiting area. Will definitely be a regular here.
Stopped in for the first time a couple weeks ago and had a great experience! Courteous staff, clean and got a great haircut! I can't complain. I was actually looking them up to see about scheduling a second haircut when I saw the current reviews and had to share my positive experience there.
