DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! I'm convinced they are paying costumers to right good reviews ! I went in for a French tip gel pedicure on a Tuesday, was greeted & serviced right away! Immediate RED FLAG was Nats (bugs) are flying in your face and around you, so I couldn't enjoy my service , the lady was super nice but she clearly didn't know what she was doing 80% of the service , she banged my heal on the tub , causing me to bruise, I had to take the file and file my toes because they was crooked ! Not only that she didn't clip my toe nail All the way cross so I had a piece of my nail sticking up, I instantly knew I wasn't going to get what I was paying for so I told them to do regular clear polish ! I paid $50 . I definitely feel like the guy over charged me being that they were slow and was trying to get extra money out of me . I went across the street to another nail salon and had them finish my polish . THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER!
I'm only giving them 3 stars bc the service was amazing! Exquisite service but quality was lacking in every department. The technician doing my nails had cut me and I had to show them they hurt me for them to notice. My nails broke once I got home, it was painful ! My toes weren't painted correctly I had nail polish on my skin. The only reason I went back is because the vibes !!! I loved the atmosphere so much ! I had a great day relaxing and enjoying a day off. The owner has a tea shop and offered us some which was amazing. The employees are so friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for good company and day to relax.
I got some encapsulated dipped nails done here along with gel toes. I really loved the atmosphere and they went above and beyond even though it was later in the night! Definitely coming back.
