I used to go here for pedicures and ended up being in the area so thought I'd get my nails done. Unfortunately this time I noticed how dirty this place is. Chairs, floor, sink and even worse their tools are very dirty. They are very impersonal and rush through the whole service. I'm not sure why the nail industry has turn into a fast, cheap service. This is why I never get my nails done. Ugh...
Have gone here a couple times because it's convenient, but not worth it anymore. Paid $30 for a manicure today that was 20 minutes total, with gel polish removal. Staff is rude. They only gave me a few color options for my manicure when I could see many more color options hanging up on the wall. Won't be going back.
Got a $65 gel pedicure and they gave me the wrong color polish. I asked her nicely to please use the color I selected and she refused. Definitely will not be returning nor recommending to anyone.
Love it here! I originally started coming with my mom when I was in elementary school so I've gotten to know majority of the girls here. Now that I'm an adult myself I enjoy coming here to get my nails done and waxing as well. The girls are so sweet and very attentive. Tracy has always been our go to!
Was able to walk in on a Saturday afternoon without a large wait. Spa was clean and staff were friendly. Only giving a three stars because I asked for a deluxe pedicure and the nail tech skipped two steps but still charged for the deluxe.
