T & T Nails in Aurora, CO

I have been going to this nail salon for a while and recently decided to stop, the ladies that work there are cady mean girls, especially Kathy, she never stops talking and clearly has influence over the others. You are better off going somewhere else where you will be respected.

My nails turned out super cute for the 4th of July. The girl who did them made sure everything was perfect before I left and took her time. The prices were fair and good service overall

I went in for a manipedi. The lady who ran my water ran it practically scalding hot. I  felt as if I was an inconvenience as soon as I walked in. No one said hello. We'll be right with you..nothing. I  just stood there until someone finally told me to walk to a chair. I hadn't been to a shop in awhile (won't be going here again) so it took time. Lady who serviced me seemed irritated by having to work a little extra. She did my manicure as well and based upon other places I've been she did a half assed job. Most of my nails aren't even. And for this they charge more than other places I have been. The ladies working there seemed more interested in entertaining each other than making their customers seem welcome.

I was disappointed with the customer service I received on Sunday, April 24th. I walked in without an appointment at about 4:20pm, as the sign on the door says "walk ins welcomed". I requested a pedicure and manicure. I was told that the shop was closed, but the shop didn't close until 5:00pm. The person I spoke to was Kathy. I've dealt with Kathy before, she does excellent work. My nails at the time were in poor shape and she did an excellent job working on them. However, I stopped going to the shop for awhile because of her poor attitude. After awhile I thought I would give the shop another try because I happened to be in the neighborhood and found it convenient being that there's a Walmart in the same location. After giving the shop another try the first couple of times went very well. Kathy did my first pedicure, excellent work, and the second time another technician did my pedicure which was also excellent work. However, this third time, which was on Sunday, April 24th, Kathy told me that the shop was closed at 4:20 and didn't even offer to schedule me for an appointment. Although, the technicians do excellent work the customer service has deterred me from going back.

Let me start this by saying that I have had my nails done & received pedicures hundreds of times. I made appointments for myself & my adult daughter & we arrived on time. We waited for about 10 min & then were taken to the pedicure chairs where we waited for another 10 min before our pedicures started. The pedicures were just terrible. They left both of our toe nails uneven & different lengths. There was no massage at all (even though it should have been included per their pedicure description). They were extremely rough unnecessarily. My daughter asked for a gel polish manicure & they suggested a dip manicure for her. She agreed & what she ended up with was acrylic nails & nails that were left uneven lengths. While getting her nails done, they used the drill under her nails & ended up cutting her skin pretty bad under one nail (to the point that we were worried about getting an infection) & the cuticle of another finger. My finger nails weren't terrible, but a couple of finger nails were left uneven & with polish on the skin around them. Their prices are not as advertised & we ended up paying much different prices than we were quoted at the time of service. We did not add on any extras or anything that would have warranted an up charge. So to summarize, what started as me taking my daughter for a nice relaxing day of getting our nails done, ended with a bad experience & first aid required.
