A regular manicure typically involves nail shaping, cuticle care, and the application of nail polish, which can last up to a week. A gel manicure involves similar steps but uses a gel-based polish and UV light to cure the polish, resulting in a more durable finish that can last up to two weeks without chipping.

To start off my nail appointment was at 3:30 and they didn't start on me until 4:00 which I was like okay they went a little over no biggy. I decided to go here because my friend wanted to get reasonable priced nails do we decided to give it a try. However the experience was just not that great. After my friend and I 2 women walked in for an appointment after waiting 45 minutes they left and said they would come back tomorrow I just heard my nail tech laugh and mumble something under his breath. As he was doing my nails he answered a phone call and someone was trying to set a nail appointment for tomorrow and told her they're close tomorrow. So those 2 ladies that walked out said they would be back and he knew they were closed and didn't say anything! As he was doing my nails he didn't clean my cuticles or anything. Then few minutes later another woman comes in with an appointment and she was also unattended at This point I was already mad at how unprepared they were. There color pallet is not big and I picked colors I didn't want, before I got my nails done I showed them the design to show them what I wanted and I asked them several times if they could do it and they said yes. He told me it would be $55 and at first I looked up at the prices they had posted and it said $25 for a full set so I was worried when he said that. However I said okay I'll pay you the $55 if you can do what I showed you like no problem. In the end I didn't like my nails one bit the purple color is half light purple half dark purple and he offered for me to come back but I'm leaving for Florida so I don't have his time to do that. I had asked him as he applied it if it would change and he said yes it just needs to dry but when it dried the color was worse. The consistency of the powder he used was cheap and a gummy material instead of your classic smooth acrylic. I still tipped which I am now regretting but it's in the past. I'm very disappointed that once I addressed the problems with my nails to the man he didn't offer to dock a few bucks off my total since I had talked to him about it and they had wasted enough of my time. Overall WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for $55 I would have gone to a better place and gotten a better experience and result
