I went to Cassidy for a cut and color. I wanted a basic front angled bob and dark brown hair. The color wasn't exactly what I wanted but it wasn't terrible. The cut on the other hand is a total wreck! I my hair was to the bottom of my neck. It was a grown out bob. When she was done I had a giant chunk missing in my left side, the right side of my head is two inches longer than the left, the back of my head I don't even know how to describe. It's like she left a thin row. Of hair at the bottom and chopped a giant section 2 inches above that. She blames the chunk missing on the girl who did my hair prior. The girl before has been doing my hair since I finished chemo four years ago. She didn't leave a chunk. She's in South Bend and that's too far of a drive. She wasnt amazing but never did anything like this to me. I called and asked for my money back Thursday. Rebecca stated she would get back to me the next day. The next day came and I asked if she received my pictures. She said yes and she would talk to Cassidy and call me Saturday. It's now Sunday and I haven't heard a word. Steer clear of this place! Terrible stylist and the customer service clearly isn't that great. Let me just add that I added this review to their Facebook and I'm assuming Cassidy had one of her friends attack me and when I responded to her attack Cassidy would delete my comment so it looks like I was too scared to say anything to her little friend. Her little friend told me that it's just hair it'll grow back that I don't need to be ruining Cassidy career and so on and so on. Little does this little girl know I went through breast cancer treatment I had taxotere chemo I permanently lost a lot of hair on the top of my head so I'm very self-conscious of my hair and for someone to jack it up as bad as Cassidy did just completely ruined my freaking month till the s*** grows back. This is a horrible way to run a business.

I went in for a pedicure and shellac manicure and was disappointed. My nail technician looked like she had just rolled out of bed. When I am sitting for a service, I think the technician should have some type of standard for how they look. While removing my polish, she used torn up paper towel that was not effective. She even left traces of my previous polish on my nails!  It has been one day since my service and my shellac is already peeling. Everyone was friendly, but the quality doesn't match the price here.

Got a pedicure and haircut for only $50 and love both! Ask for Erin! She's super nice and friendly and did a great job!

I used Amber at an off site location, she did both my hair and makeup. I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted but she suggested ideas and I felt beautiful! In addition to her being great at what she does, she was fun and friendly....we had a great time!
