worst customer service ever. I just went up there 8/21/2023 at 7:45am. The open sign was on and the door was unlocked. I walk in trying to purchase a braiding gel and I was told no one was there to check me out so obviously I proceed to ask what time they open and the lady just kept saying no one could check me out and that she had to lock the door so I ask what time should I come back and she said she doesn't know. I ask what time the employee would be in and she said she didn't kno, I asked if she could call to see and she said no she couldn't. So how are you guys running this business? Do you not want to make money? Like I'm confused and the fact that she couldn't even tell me what time to come back just pissed me off even more. I told her I was a stylist and had a client and needed a certain product and she just kept saying no one was there to check me out lol Smh. Bad first impression

My go-to braidshop - hands down!! I live in Downtown Atlanta and have no problem traveling out to Norcross because: - every appointment they honor the time scheduled - knotless braids under 3hrs; they do a great job at refreshing the braids a month plus later. - cornrows on my short pixie cut was done without hesitation - hair always lasts long - competitive price - high quality work

Absolutely terrible job. Scalp is bunching in the back and rather than fix it I was given a poor excuse about my daughter gaining weight or just having extra meat on her head! She's had an updo within the last year and it didn't look like this!!! I literally donated $120 to the shop because this should have been $0

I had been here before and had a great experience. I came back tonight for the first time in awhile and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. The screenshot pic is what I asked for. I talked to who I assume is the owner, told her I want 6-7 jumbo cornrows to the side. She did not ask for a picture but told me how to book so she could get paid. She quoted that it would be $85. Agnes was the braider. I showed her the pic when I got there. I was tired as I came after work so I was not paying attention. BIG MISTAKE! NOT ONLY DOES MY BRAIDS LOOK NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ASKED FOR ....I also asked for ouchless braiding. The braids are super tight. I am hoping on a whim and prayer that my hair won't break off. I asked that my edges be left out but NOPE! She braided those in too as if cremating them is what I want! At the end, I sit for 10 mins waiting on them to check me out. It is then that $35 more is tacked on!!!!! I AM PISSED! You lost a customer for life for sure! Enjoy that $35 extra and I will go somewhere tomorrow and pay for what I asked for. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN! TRUST!
