Nail Spa in St. Louis, MO

This place doesn't deserve a star at all. My family went to this place five days prior. My aunt who is a placater told us about this place. She acted like a child in front of them. It ticked me off.
I wanted a manicure. The female person grabbed my hands forcibly. She then tried to place my hands on the dirtiest royal blue towel I had ever seen in a nail shop. I asked her to remove the towel because it was not clean. I placed my arms on the counter top and all of this residue was on both arms. I then began wiping the stuff off my arms. I asked the nail tech for a piece of paper towel to wipe my arms off. She then began to speak in her native language to a guy sitting next to her. She then began to take polish off my hands. When she began to use a tool to go around my cuticle, she went too deep and she hurt me so I jumped. She then grabbed my hand forcibly again. I said , "that hurts." She then signed and said something to the guy sitting next to her. He told me to move to where he was. I moved.
He began speaking to her in another language. He rushed through the cuticle cleaning also. There wasn't anyone waiting. So after the cuticle cleaning he was about to put nail polish on. I asked him was he going to put oil on my nails and tell me to wash my hands. He then hit my hands with a blue towel and said he was finished. I told him I didn't say or do anything disrespectful to him. I never raised my voice or said anything out if the way.  I just know the steps they took the other day I was there. He then began waving the blue towel trying to hit me in the face.
I stepped back to leave.  I said to him, " You all keep talking about people being violent against you, you hit me for no reason!" I then I walked out.
Little did he know, I'm of Philippine descent!!!

try to ask for a particular color and they don't have it. they have colors displaying that they don't even have. the man in the front on the left side was extremely rude to me and i've been coming here for almost a year with no problems. he tried to rush on my nails then as i ask him to do them a certain way he gets mad and refuses. we need to stop giving these people our money to disrespect us. the shop is too small,and reaches maximum capacity everyday. dont go here ,dont go here ,they might be cheap but they have nasty attitudes to go along with it. dont go here!!!

I love  this place Ann and Jack are great people and they do a great job Jack is my guy for my nails

I love this nail salon, they're so friendly and it's really clean, for now you still have to wear a mask. Totally affordable by the way!

I love this place. I lived around the corner and was looking for something near by, and Nail Spa popped up. I always go to Ann it's affordable compared to other places I've been.
