Super Nice staff and do a very through and clean job on your nails. They are fast and efficient and overall just very friendly

This was the first time I took my 8 year old daughter to get her nails done and her experience was awful. The girl that did her nails was very impolite and kept sighing every time she'd move. My daughter accidentally touched one of the nails and the girl was mad and made it known. It seemed as if she was in a hurry and just didn't want to be there. WHAT HAPPENED TO TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT??! I will be going elsewhere from now on!

My daughter and I went to Nail Spa today for a fill. We arrived at 350 and didn't leave until 659. If you plan to go there to get your nails done I wouldn't recommend the girl at seat #5 She was rough and butchered my nails. Three of my nails are bleeding and every finger tip is sore to the touch. She stabbed me under my nail twice. After the second time I told her that if she did it again I needed to have someone else do my nails. Mind you this is after she manhandled my fingers filing them roughly. After the THIRD time of stabbing me under my nail I stood up and demanded someone else to do my nails. She didn't even apologize to me let alone wasn't reprimanded for it. I then sat there for 45mins while 5 new people came in and was waited on. At this point I wanted to leave but it was already 7pm and I needed them done. When the next girl finished them sloppily they actually tried making me pay full price for these nails that look like a child did them. The owner didn't show any sympathy of my bleeding nails and said, "Sorry all I can do is take $25 off." Then walked away!

I thought I found my nail place finally after going there 6 times. We will never go back and it disgusts me how unprofessional these woman are in there.

Was able to make appt as soon as the reopened.  I decided to get regular polish for a change instead of gel... picked my colors - sat down with the owner Tina... immediately , u should pick gel color, that way it dries faster and U can leave salon sooner . I thought , dang , okay, wasn't my plan. Since quarantine I researched a lot and had my own gel kit on order, why pay $15 for nail polish... as I am getting my nails done, 2 different women walk in for appts.  BOTH picked regular polish and Tina said not a word to them.  I have only been in this specific salon maybe 4 times. I feel Tina is rude , she was rude while at Nail Fever , years ago. I won't ever walk into this salon again. After my experience, I told my friends -  turns out this salon is a last resort for many , usually never slammed and walks in very welcome ‍ Nails last 2 weeks, gel color lasted 2 weeks, which is why I give a 2 instead of a 1 star rating . When I had the nails removed for new ones, there was fungi on 2 nails, Nail tech said likely from This salon being sloppy. In 23 years of having acrylics done in our town , I have had fungi 2 times now both times from this salon and I have only been here 4 times , ever !

I bought my daughter here for her first set and they were rushed through. They lasted 3 days before chipping and a week before they broke off completely. I'm so disappointed for her and the service we got. I'll never visit this nail salon again.
