First and foremost I only have issue with Kena. Melinda is a fine and wonderful stylist.
Kena is the rudest business owner I have ever encountered in my lifetime.
I had my hair done by her and she had posted a Facebook coupon for $10.00 off, however when she range me out it was not the correct amount, she claimed I didn't qualify for the discount as I was not a student. I told her that no where did it say I had to be a student. She refused.
So I went home and cut and pasted the add and put it on her salon page and asked her to show me where it said student only. She messaged me and we agreed upon a $10.00 credit towards my next visit. Great I was fine with that.
Fast forward to me trying to book my next Appt. First attempt... all available slots are full, 2nd attempt... she messaged me and told me she would no longer be doing my hair as I was rude!
Really? Leaving in 7 days to fly out to see my parents ... my dad has stage 4 multiple myeloma, I don't need this... how can a business owner treat someone so badly, I actually cried
