I'm new to Malibu and I am so happy I came here first. There's a lot of bad reviews all over nail shops around Malibu but I needed to give one a try and just find out. Lucky me I guessed right! Hanna and Lucy took care of me, gave me a super nice gel mani pedi and an awesome hand and foot rub this is definitely my new spot and I'm looking forward to seeing them much more

The lady at the nail spa put absolutely way too much glue to the point where it was on my fingers, then she proceeded to insult me and charge me for taking them off when it was her mistake in the first place. Don't waste your time go to any other nail salon!

Dirty. Tools not sanitized or new. This place has gone way downhill. I came in after calling and they were not busy. A technician I have seen before rushed through my manicure and pedicure when one of her regular customers walked in without an appointment. My nails are uneven and the massage was paltry. She also pushed up my sleeves and pant cuffs with oily hands staining my clothing. I won't be back.

The most replenishing experience!! What stood out the most is the gentle kindness of the women who provided their services. It is by far the best neck, back and foot massage I've had in a salon like this. Four Seasons level! They employed focused attention with my pedicure. My feet were pretty beat up. I especially appreciate the feeling that the extra work was not something to be ashamed of. My feet look beautiful and my heart is happy! Thank you, Nancy (massage) and Linda (pedicure and massage)!!! I even got a Mother's Day hug because they sensed I could use it!!

Honestly I love these guys. It's a bit expensive but they truly do a nice job not like out of this world but a good manicure and pedicure and amazing massage staff (super sweet too) and I love all their colors. They will squeeze you in when needed and are always super friendly. I also love that I have an atm option bc I never have cash and it's only $1 to use their atm. I would be lost if this place were not in malibu, honestly.
