Nail Pro Beaute' SPA in Warwick, RI

I was recommended this location. Very convenient location in the mall. My first experience at this salon, not my first pedicure. They use a bag for the foot bath, I thought that was a good sign. However, the nail file had been used before only the tips had not been touched. Nail clippers did not come from a bag. The nail technician simply pulled them out of the plastic container. Did not look like anything was sanitized.

This pedicure was everything but relaxing. They scrapped with a hard brush on the top of the foot... this was a first and not pleasant at all. The nail tech had long dirty thumb, he would use to remove the excess nail polish. He would use his nails as tool this is a first. Usally they use a brush and add nail polish remover.

Paid $35 + tip. I personally don't think this is money well spent. I pay just a little more at home for nail and toes The foot massage and nail oil is included with that price (home location).

While the nail technician was very nice, she seemed to get a lot of nail polish not exactly on the nails. I know getting a pedicure can be tricky because of the small nails but, even though she used the nail polish remover to get little spots here and there, she missed a lot that was left on my toes/skin. I also didn't love having very oily legs and feet. Walking around the mall was not very easy. I had to wipe down my legs and feet when I got home. No real massage either, just a few seconds on the legs and feet. Just seemed like a lot of money for not a very good pedicure. I wish I read the reviews before going.

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE! They are very bad quality, super hard, and not done properly. Solid to the point where I couldn't brush through them while trying to clean them, even soaked, they were still completely firm with 0 movement. They weren't placed correctly and came off in an entire long clump, along with a ton of my natural lashes when I had them taken off today. SOOO painful to have them removed, which is not normal. The glue that was used is insane. These lashes were on for literally 4 weeks with only one tiny clump of lashes falling out in that entire period. Very painful after a couple of weeks. I used to get my nails done here, but after this experience, I will never go back again, not even for my nails. My lids are so irritated that I now have to wait a week before getting a new set and am also using a lash growth serum to try to help my lashes grow back ASAP. I should've known better when the whole process only took what felt like about 15 minutes if that. It should normally take about one hour. I had mentioned that it was my first time getting extensions and she gave absolutely no information as to how to care for them properly, not that I could either way in the condition they were in. I had to YouTube around to get information on aftercare. Do better for the sake of your client's lash health and comfort. This is unacceptable!

Never on time, place is filthy, RUDE and extremely difficult to understand. Expensive for horrible service. Never again, dont waste your money

Have gotten my nails done twice my the very talented Timmy. I will continue coming and recommending him for your nails. If you're anything like me you'd love to love your nails. The prices are about the same as other nail salons. I like the ombré that Timmy does make Amy nails unique and fun. Try him out he's awesome
