Will NEVER RETURN OR EVEN RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. I kept showing a picture of what I wanted and I should've known off rep that they weren't gonna come out right because the guy that started didn't even build the acrylic on my toes when I had initially called he said oh I can do that $80 and I had no problem paying that but I expected what I asked for as anybody else would paying for service then they switched over and I'm like complaining that it doesn't look the way it supposed to shape wise and the girl telling me it looks fine but it's not what I wanted she starts painting and puts the light on my toes and it's burning hot  and she's like oh that's never ever happened rolling her eyes then repeating its hot and she swithes the lamn she starts painting and i show her the picture again and I corrected it because it wasnt what i wanted once again after not doing it right the other lady told the lady to let my friend do it that also does nail which was really unprofessional because she was also getting a pedicure. When done we went to see how much he said $80 dollar again and we expessed that my pedicure wasnt finished missing the multiple steps and he said he was gonna give me a discount for this and that but still charge me $80 and when I called after all of a sudden he wasn't there when I had just walked out and he was doing a set of nails. Fucking bullshit. If you ask me mind you during my time I was there there was multiple customers who were also unhappy with their visit. I wish I could put zero stars.

I go here every time I need a pedicure. I was glad to get in there yesterday by calling them for me and my friend. It was very relaxing and they took their time with both of us. My toes and feet are happy now. Thank you again for taking us both in, we will be back in three weeks.

Started w Jackie & John. Over 15 yrs ago. Now Tammy & Jimmy. B4 this virus I would just go in. No appts needed. Sure sometimes I'd wait but that's my peaceful time for ME. My nails are always done to perfection. The pedicure is always wonderful. I've tried many many other nail salons. Even in NYC. No one does it better. My husband came with me & loved his pedicure. Now I've waited since the virus lockdown. Called today & booked appt for this evening. Now appts only 'cuz virus. It you need to have your pampering done, ask for Tammy or Jimmy

Terrible customer service. Lady yanked my hand multiple times without politely directing me to position it a certain way. She made my sister pay for her nails before they finished just because she had a communication issue with them in the first place. I've had my fair share of manicures and I would definitely not waste my time or money here again.

dont go here if you want thick bubble acrylic nails that is crooked and ugly! i wanted the simple white tips oval shaped nails. and my nails look worst than it did before i stepped in.
