Too busy on phone to even say hello, give eye contact & make you wait before realizing they should maybe introduce themselves & ask what they can do for you. Too busy eating to come to the desk or answer the phone. Cleanliness? Non-existent! No pricing options or service menu are quoted, no upsell options mentioned & you get to repeatedly hear complaints about other customers while being serviced. Yer lucky if they actually speak to you or look you in the face!!!
The only reason I give it 1/5 stars instead did 0/5 (besides the fact that yelp doesn't let you) is because the lady who did my pedicure was ok. My friend came with me and got a full set. First of all the lady who did it was on the phone the ENTIRE time she was doing my friend's nails. The is not an exaggeration. From start to finish she was speaking quite loudly on the phone with someone in another language. Because of this she did not listen when my friends tried to tell her 3 separate times that wanted a more rounded tip. She nicked her fingers and was really haphazard with her hands the whole time.
I was just shocked how someone could have so little customer service skills or common courtesy.
Will absolutely not be going back. I'm not shocked that others say they have no issues getting a walk-in appt. With bad customer service who would want to go there?
Great place for pedicures! Everyone that bless you with there hands on your feet amazing! Now nails actually manicure acrylic full sets and fills cost to much for the way they break first day I leave the shop cool I think it's because I don't pay attention but second day lifting in corners and nail breakage! Last time I will be using this salon!!!
Went in with my husband and immediately left. Can't believe my pedi was quoted as $30+ but they charge $50+ for a male pedicure. Unbelievable. He doesn't even have polish. Makes no sense.
Technician didn't use any cleaner while doing pedicure and then got an attitude because he didn't understand English
