Not Friendly at all. My daughter went in to get nails done for Homecoming back in September and we had a horrible experience. My daughter said her nail tech was super snappy with her. They were expensive and didn't do good on them either. Won't be going back and wouldn't recommend.

I have never left a yelp review before, but I feel it is completely necessary to do so.

1. I was at this salon for 3 hours today, and the quality of my nails or pedicure do NOT match. The shape is awful and they don't even match each other.
2. The price was ridiculous- especially for the services rendered. I got what I thought was a $50 pedicure, and a $65 mail service and ended up being charged $75 for both ...  I had to leave to get my kid to a birthday party so I couldn't stay to argue.
3. The Owner was watching the work being done and when he walked away she joked about him keeping an eye on her because someone complained about something on their nails - and now I can see why.

Overall I am just flabbergasted, I have never spent this much on a full set/pedicure in my life and I've never walked out with such terrible nails

Beware of this nail salon! I recently had the most dreadful experience at Win Nail Salon.

Firstly, let me start by saying that the service was utterly disappointing. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait for a whopping 45 minutes.

To make matters worse, the incompetence displayed by the nail technician was truly astonishing. Not only did they cut multiple fingers during the manicure process, but they also completely failed to achieve a basic design I was looking for and became angry that I wouldn't accept the color choices they wanted.
They were rude and dismissive, displaying a complete lack of courtesy and respect towards their customers.

I sincerely advise against visiting Win Nail Salon for your nail care needs. Their lack of professionalism, poor service, and disrespectful attitude left me extremely dissatisfied.

I went here for a mani pedi at 4, came out at 6:30 with my nails looking the worst i've ever seen them. they are bloody and not at all what i asked for.

Nails done 9/12 @ 4:30pm and review left 9/15 at 12:38am. The business gives a discount for 5 star reviews so be wary of positive reviews.

The star is for the tech that did my pedicure. She was fantastic and thorough. The pedicure was great and the tech doing my full set started on my nails near the end of my pedicure. She ended up rushing the tech doing my toes and only a few of them ended up getting a clear coat and it was not finished before I left.

Then my nails...I showed a photo of a design I wanted (colored French tips and a floral design) I asked if it was possible and was assured it was (I also booked online and made sure to choose nail art and design with the services I wanted and for added information in the comments section I put 'full set with design' ...this was just to assure I wasn't surprising a tech with a design when that wasn't one of their fortes.)

I hate to say it...but this is one of the worst sets I have ever gotten. There is no precision, attention to detail, or care in my nails. The more I look at them the more upset I get. I haven't had my nails done in over a year and wanted to treat myself. Instead I paid $130 before a tip (which I still tipped 15%) to be devastated.

Attached are photos of the nails I got two days ago. Among the issues with them are: the acrylic doesn't go all the way to the nail bed and looks grown out even though I just got them done, the texture is so uneven, not a single nail is smooth, they are different lengths and shapes, there are air bubbles in almost every nail and one is starting to peel and chip after only two days.

I had also booked an eyebrow wax with my appointment and that was never mentioned and I left without getting it done.

If you want a great pedicure ask for Rebecca, but I'd get your acrylic sets done elsewhere.
