NAiL'd It! in Monroe Township, NJ

I want them to be good but it's run by a nasty lady who sits up front and basically disrespects and speaks aggressively to anyone she can. The employees are inconsistent - probably because they work for a lunatic. The work is also rushed. Nothing special here.

This is the second time the woman doing my pedicure has hurt my toes and made me bleed. She is rude and always looking over at her friend and and insinuating something about the client. Hello- we all understand body language and some of us Spanish! Rude. And terrible work. Not relaxing at all. One lady in particular, now she's doing manicures, it came out awful. She doesn't even ask what you want, she goes right in with the clipper and files and does her own shape, catches attitude when you ask for something. Last time going!

I was looking for a different nail salon and since this one is close by, I made an appointment for a pedicure. Even with an appointment I waited 20 min. Nancy did an ok job but no leg massage at all. I have been back 3 more times, ALWAYS with appointment and always wait between 25 and 35 minutes. By the time she gets to me the water is cold. The last time she was so rough I decided to look for another salon. They do take walk ins so maybe that's the reason I always had to wait. I guess the problem was that it was never a relaxing experience.

Personally wouldn't recommend them at all. But to each it's own.. The owner is very rude and one of the staffs named Lyn is the same . It's funny if they don't understand what is told instead of admitting their mistakes they tend to throw more attitude.. Honestly the others may be ok but last thing you want is being disrespected. Happened twice am done with them.

First time in my life not tipping for a salon service. Not only the most poorly done nail treatment I've ever had, but also the meanest. I've been to nail salons my whole life and have never experienced an issue like this. She did things so quick and rough that were so painful. I've honestly never experienced anything close to that level of pain during filing/cutting. I work with patients and, in medicine, that level of carelessness/roughness would be considered abusive. She spent 30 mins rushing through a full gel set w/ tips while ranting about the fact that my nails are too short (yes, stress, but please don't make me feel worse). After she finished the set and told me to pick a color, I said I'd "paint them at home" because they were so uneven. The other patrons were watching the interaction with puzzled/concerned looks and the staff didn't do anything to intervene. I'm just completely shocked.
