Nail Club in Las Vegas, NV

I've been going here the last three or four months for gels. They've always done a good job. The last two times the gels did not last very long. this time they only lasted six or seven days. I am a table games dealer at a casino and I need my nails cut short and looking very presentable. I went today August 26 and the person taking care of my nails set that I must've been doing something to them because of how they looked. I also told her that I need to cut very short. She then handed me the scissors and said do it yourself. I will never come back to this place. I'd advise customers to be careful. For a manicurist to hand me the scissorsfor a manicurist to hand me the scissors or clippers, and told me to do it myself is completely outrageous. She took the clippers back and finish the job. That's all I have to say except if I could give it less than one star for the customer service, I would.

Had an appointment with Kathy yesterday for a gel manicure.  Second time using her.  She REUSED cotton to take off my gel polish with those plastic clamps and then took those off my nails and put the used cotton and plastic clamps and placed them into her zip lock bag.  I then watched to see if she was going to retrieve a clean/sanitized cuticle cutter and she did not!!! She took a them out of her drawer and I asked her to sanitize them and she sprayed them with alcohol in front of me.  She charged me an extra $3 to do a deeper french manicure but couldn't use new cotton to take off my gel polish and use clean cuticle cutters.  Very unsanitary!  WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!  Disgusting!!!!  And on top of that, charges $2 when you use your debit card!  They charge all this money but can't use clean equipment and new cotton.  Hahahahahahaha!!!  How cheap!

Go see Peter you won't regret it! Fast, friendly, service that serves you exactly the way you want! I'm very picky very judgy with my nails. My only complaint is that "I" choose them shorter than usual has nothing to do with the tech.

I don't recommend this place, I really hate spending a good amount of money and then being disappointed. I asked for simple, short, one solid color, squares nails. The nails are all uneven, the lady made them look short and stubby. Some look longer and more sleek than others. Short square nails do not have to look chunky, I was hoping for a square, slender shape.
The price ! I got a simple pedicure, no color and my full set short gel nails (i provided my own polish) for $90 !!!!
Not worth the price at all ! I only added a star and tipped, because the only positive I have was the massage during the pedicure and full set. I work a lot so, I was in need of a massage and even though it's a 60 second massage, it felt great and I needed it.
Finally ! I left, disappointed and as I get in my car, I look under my nails and there were SO many chunks left of dried acrylic. LARGE chunks .
I got out my car, went back inside and asked the same lady to fix them, she was willing.
All in all, not worth the prices, no flattering look achieved in the end. Very disappointed.

I love coming here! They are all so nice. Trish is great and does great acrylics! She takes her time and always gives me exactly what I want and makes sure that I leave happy. Thank you for everything Trish!
