I've been to this location numerous times and always had excellent work done by the staff. Today, I had the pleasure of having Mr. Lucky work on my manicure and pedicure. He did such an excellent job. I had a great conversation with him, he took his time, and I will definitely come back to him and recommend this nail spa. Great job staff superb job.
Came in for a full set with dip nail powder on my natural nails. The technician was impatient and did not do the proper soaking off procedure for dip. She literally ripped part of my nail off it's nail bed and it started bleeding. I usually have great service here especially from Hannah, Mimi, Lucky and Ruby but this is a new person I have never seen before and she was very impatient and rough. I had to walk out. I was charged $5 for having my nail ripped and bleeding.
I wouldn't leave a star for a review but since it's required, I will leave it at 1. I went there for my very first time to get a manicure done and it will be my very last. The nail tech who did my nails rushed through the process. My cuticles weren't removed and she just filed my nails and quickly applied the acrylics on. I asked for coffin shaped nails she gave me squared thick ass nails. I felt she was rushing through the process. They are unsanitary. They eat at their nail station without even washing their hands after working on a client and they talk shit about the customers in their language.
I would give a zero if I could. The employees here are extremely rude and unprofessional. If you ask for a certain look or design, they will give attitude. Their work is also sub-par at best. Save your money and go somewhere else!
I'm a 31 yr old female who has never suffered from nail fungus. After multiple bad experiences I now have to battle fungus on my big toe and I am positive it's from here. There always packed and busy so it they must not have time to clean there tools properly. Also Mimi ripped my acrylic nails from my fingers and has caused so much damage to my nail bed. She should have soaked them off and filed them down. It hurt when she ripped them off. I never get acrylics I only had got them done for a special occasion.
