I love nail box! Everyone is super nice and my nail tech Stephanie is awesome ! She made my nails look amazing and exactly how I wanted them.
I've been going to Melissa since 2010, left bc I moved, recently came back. Everything started out fine.However, the past couple highlights I had didn't turn out as they normally would. When I mentioned that the color was yellow/barely even there , she blamed it on my hair and said she would have to charge me double to fix it, when in reality it's her mistake for her technique/length of time he allotted to process color. I drive an hour to get my hair done by her. i was 10-15 mins late ONCE and she said she didn't have time to foil a partial. I've had to wait 30 mins to an hr from my appt time yet can't sacrifice being behind for the next client. She doesn't even paint it on she feathers the color so lightly on top of your hair making it harder and longer to process the color. Terrible customer service. Once you pay, say goodbye to that money.
Mindy has been doing my lash extensions for a few months now, and I LOVE them! The salon is exquisitely decorated and Tiffany (who takes and confirms appointments) is da BOMB! Highly recommend!
Love my eyelash extensions! Dominique was awesome and would highly recommend her. It took about an 1 hour 45 mins. The salon is super cute and they offer several other services. I plan on returning for a cut. Her station was in a cute back room. You're on your back the entire time but since I'm 8 months pregnant I got up half way and walked around and was able to shift from side to side. Prolly not ideal for Dominique but she was very accommodating. Wish I took a before pic bc my natural lashes as super straight and short. Even using a curler and good mascara they fall! Well waking up today the still look amazing and I put zero effort in! They had a FB promotion going on so I ended up paying 100 before tip which is an amazing deal seeing other places were 150-200. At the end they give you a care kit that comes with printed instructions, a little eyelash wand and makeup remover which was great! I will be going back in about 3 weeks for touch ups! Unless my future daughter decides to come early! lol.
