Recently changed to new owners. Was done well but was overcharged. You choose online what service you want and the price stated it was $58. When we went to the register afterwards, the charge was changed to $71. Not what was asked for and I am very disappointed. Did pay that plus a tip but will not return. (nails look good but will not go back as this was not the agreed price) Need to be very transparent in what is being charged as we all have a budget to meet.
I have been coming to Jada Nails for a little over a month since moving into the port Richey area. Each time I'm more satisfied with the my nails. Everyone there is very nice. The entire salon is very clean and they are super quick. I come in with ideas and each time it is executed perfectly.
Always a wonderful experience at this salon! Welcomed every time by the owners and staff. Never had a bad experience. Thank you Lynn for being great!
Last few times I've been here, pedis keep getting shorter and shorter. Not even 2 cycles on massage chair. Also, refuse to update mask policy even though not required for vaccinated people. We live in America right? Plenty of other businesses to patronize!
So the atmosphere okie was ok. I enjoyed lynn... the owner Helen didn't speak much to us but her husband was another story. I brought my mother and I know that inflation is real but I almost 200 dollars for our nails and that's not including the 30 dollar tip that I left just because I know how hard times are. We got them done Thursday night then My mother noticed one was broken Saturday morning then they are closed Sunday and Monday and when she went in to get it fixed they still charged her to fix it. I had a top Notch experience here last time and this disappoints me . I guess or does take a lot more than even ten years experience to get this done right ..
