Rude employees. Very rude owner. At one point, the owner literally asked me I had sex with a man I went on a date with... like what?? I told her that made me uncomfortable & she just said, "you just don't like my personality." Well no, your personality is intentionally unkind & rude ma'am. She cut my finger once and told me it was my fault. Not a smart business woman. Filthy, dirty carpet. Low class establishment. Tried to give this place multiple times a chance but would not recommend.
Came in for my first ever pedicure and was nervous and not sure what to expect. I was invited by a family member and only went to join her, as I don't have much money. So I was sure to ask for basic and say no to everything else (I couldn't quite understand what I was being asked). I payed the cashier (and tipped over 20%) and waited for my family to finish. Then the person who had done my nails came over and accused me of lying about my services and said I owed $10 more than what the basic was supposed to cost. I never asked for anything extra and made sure the color I picked wasn't an up charge. I reluctantly handed over my card. Now the charge that was supposed to be $10 is $20. I called about the issue and they acted confused and said sorry! And hung up. Never coming back here again and probably never getting my nails done again. This experience ruined that for me.
Super pleased with my gel manicure! They were very fast and super friendly! After a week, there's no peeling or chipping, so I feel like it's a better quality than some other places in the area.
I visited this nail salon for the first time last month and I fell in love. I really enjoyed how attentive the techs were and super nice. They also did a awesome job on my pedicure as well. They wore mask and social distanced. This is definitely my new go to not to mention its super convenient 8min from my house.
This was my first pedi and manicure since COVID-19. Amazing! Everyone wore a mask. I was 6ft away from the other customer. The technician was very detailed. I love my nails. Will go back. Taking appointments only during COVID-19.
