Had an appointment, but still had to wait when I got there because they had to service one of their "regulars" who came in after me first. Then during my pedicure, the lady cut me and I started bleeding and she never said sorry or acknowledged it just kept going. Then on my nails, she got the gel polish all over my cuticles, she was clearly rushing, but acted like she did a good job and deserved a tip. A little accountability would've went along way, but to not say anything at all is unacceptable.
LV Nails was my nail salon when I lived in the area. So when I come into town, that is my go to salon. They do such a great job and are the friendliest! I would recommend them to everyone!!
I had horrible experiences over there, I didn't know why I still going there( all my friends was saying I was crazy) Luke , the young boy is really good. the owner is so rude all the time, she thinks she can be rude with everyone, but I'm paying for her service. One day I went for axing and she started yelling . you are not laying down yet, I'm so busy. what??? I'm so polite, but today I really said to her, I don't come back here anymore. I left the place with my nails unfinished because I could not tolerate her, thinking I was lying bcs of one 1 star stamp that give you a free pedicure when you have 10. Give me a break I don't need to lie to get a pedicure free. she is loosing all the good employees. so sorry for her . I used to go there for over 5 years , but finally I learned my lesson.
This place was wonderful, I called for an appointment and they had availability. They fast with helping customers very friendly admosfere and in love with my nails just like the picture I showed them.
Great job! I've gotten so many compliments.This set has lasted almost a month!With an appointment I was in and out in under an hour.
