K&T Nails in St Peters, MO

I was hoping that this would be my next go to place, but it will not. I went a couple of times earlier this year and was pleased. However, after my pedicure person Tracy left, I was disappointed. Then I have noticed twice now that when I either had an appointment or came in first this tall slender tech rubbed me the wrong way. All I will say is i'm doing my best not to think wrong of him.  However, my  last time visiting this place on a Saturday morning @9:30 am with about 5 sitting around waiting for a wedding party, they chose not to service me because in 30 mins they will be having a wedding party. Really ???
do you know how many could have came through and they would of have  turned them down as well, or was it just me
So, I decided to make an appointment for a later time and when I returned it was as if they did not have any one to do my nails. This is where the tall slender guy comes in again. So the receptionist started talking in their language regarding my appt. the slender guy smirked and took the lady that walked in a minute before me and was waiting to get her nails done and since i know they don't have any 2:55 appts. I sat there waiting for my 3:00 appt  as i have once before with an appointment and felt a vibe from that guy once again.  ( I listen to what was said when these ladies arrived and watched one enter as i was in the parking lot) Neither, times those ladies had an appointment.  So I got stuck with the pedicure girl doing my nails. So, I asked for a full set ombré pink.  Over and over she act like  she didn't understand me. She took over 1hr20 mins. She placed  my nails on and one nail bed was to big, but she glued it on. Then she used a big brush to apply the acrylic  on and because of that she did a sloppy job and I had to point out to her that she did not apply that on smoothly. Oh! and then when she applied the. acrylic on she started at the glued part of the nail OMG! I asked her was she new?  The young lady took the long way around and because she had did such a bad job she worked twice as hard to make them look right. Enough where a co- worker questioned her work , before I asked if she was new and wanted to see my nails at the end because he couldn't believe she was done. That day I had somewhere to be, but never again. Also i tipped her mainly because of the road she took herself through.  
Yes, I still tipped her even when I  didn't want too.
This took place in early August, I've wanted to speak on this but needed to wait for a peace of mind. So, I will just take my service elsewhere. I've been told that a place on mid rivers called Nail World is good so on to my next adventure ‍Also, I don't believe the owners were there.

After having a poor experience at a different nail salon I was very happy to find K&T Nails.  The salon is beautiful and very clean.  I was greeted right away upon walking in.  They got me in quick as a walk in.  My nails were done by the owner Kim.  She was very sweet.  She took her time, paid attention to detail, and did a great job on my nails.  She thanked all of her customers by name as they left.  You can tell she really appreciates and cares for her customers.  I don't live super close but will be happy to make the 25 minute drive to return!

While the staff is nice, my nail tech was very slow and did not pay much attention while doing my pedicure. Took her an hour and a half, didn't take care of much cuticle nor ingrown toenails. One of her coworkers took over to paint my toenails and go my manicure as well because they were getting overwhelmingly busy. My polish was spotty and streaky.

Ben always does a great job! Always try to get my appointment with him. Everybody there is very nice

I absolutely love this nail salon. Jessica is the best. She always does my nails exactly the way I want them. The shop is always accommodating to my schedule.
