Have been coming here for pedicures since I moved into town. Fast and friendly service, consistent in their services and even if they are busy, the staff are friendly. I have not made appointments, and manage to get in for service as a walk in almost all the time. If you are going for a specific service or wax, I would recommend making an appointment.

Very bad service. I tried to call to make an appointment but the lady that answered the phone is very rude to me. I was just asking if they still do walk ins and they want me to give them a specific time which I did, but they said they are too busy and hang up on me. Definitely not a friendly environment. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
I was given an extremely disappointing pedicure by Nancy who must of assumed I didn't know what a proper pedicure entailed. I was ripped off when it came to exfoliation. She barely grazed the heel on one foot for a moment with minimal effort and put the pumice down thinking I wouldn't notice. When I realized that was all she was giving I kindly inquired about the up charge willing to pay so I could get proper exfoliation. She acted irritated and bothered I asked for that so I said nevermind. Cuticles weren't trimmed and the white polish is messy. She was unprofessional, combative and rude when I elaborated on why I was unhappy. Insisted she didn't have the name or contact info for the owner or manger over the phone after I left and hung up on me. The place was empty. She spent 25 minutes on my rushed pedicure and hurried to the break room to loudly eat. Must be why I was hardly given the time of day. Still, unacceptable.
